Each finalist is presented to you via a custom web-based Presentation Portfolio that includes everything we’ve learned—résumés, references, assessments, interview notes, video introductions, and more. Your team can review, rate, and comment on each candidate within the platform, ensuring a collaborative and informed decision-making process.

Search Team Preparation
We don’t just deliver candidates—we prepare your team to engage with them effectively. Before interviews begin, we equip your search team with coaching and resources to ask better questions, recognize key insights, and evaluate candidates with clarity and consistency.

Facilitated Introductions & Interviews
We’re present for every interview—virtually or in person—handling introductions and observing the conversation. This allows us to provide feedback and guidance, and ensures a smooth and professional experience for both your team and the candidate.
